    This is an explosion: of buildings, stories, emotions, bodies and people’s hopes and dreams.  I encourage full immersion with the lights off and no distractions.

    If you agree to turn your brain off and keep up with the ridiculous plot, you will be rewarded with a Rear Window meets 90s TV show Silk Stalkings kind of vibe.  Tantalizing but not satisfying.

    No, this film is about more than the haunting terror of the Babadook. It is about nurturing mothering forces and how this can wear thin and what happens when this gets twisted. This movie is about tragedy. This movie is about desire. And at the center is a very strange, very brave little boy. I loved the little boy in this movie more than anything else.

    Must see.
