  Sometime during 18th century Japan a certain Kitagawa Utamaro wandered along the Yoshiwara district, one pleasure house to the next. Two centuries went by and Utamaro's beaten track had wartorn citizens following along it, now to and fro whatever theatres were left standing in occupied Japan.
