    The Lovebirds

Lovebirds- a hit and miss comedy that had me cringing about as much as laughing. It's nowhere near as funny as something like Game Night but I chuckled enough for a recommendation. The bacon grease scene was my least favorite part. Kumail got most of the laughs

  • Lance

    I never met a 30 for 30 I didn't like. He's a narcissist but they make a compelling case.

  • Valley Girl

    Valley Girl

The acting isn't the best but other than that I found it quite charming

  • The Vast of Night

    The Vast of Night

The Vast of Night- I'm honestly still pondering this one. It kind of feels likes Podcast: the Movie but it was intriguing. There are definitely parts I got sleepy but then other parts are quite riveting. Weird movie

  • Scoob!

Well consider me underwhelmed by my first dive into the world of Scooby-Doo. Story felt overly complicated yet generic, the team was separated the whole time, the humor felt dated and tired and there was no mystery or spooky fun which I thought was this franchise's thing?

  • The Wrong Missy

    The Wrong Missy

Another Happy Madison movie where people clearly wanted to go on vacation more than make a film. Missy is one of most annoying characters in recent memory. Basically if you think loudest drunk person at a party is a riot this might be for you but even then...

  • Becoming

About as basic a celebrity biographic documentary as it gets. The Obama's production company did Crip Camp' and 'American Factory' which were far more interesting. This isn't bad per say it's just light and fluffy when it could have been much better.

  • A Secret Love

    A Secret Love

The history stuff was a lot more interesting and well done than the modern stuff

  • Follow That Bird

    Follow That Bird

Big Bird is such a loving kind character and I'm glad he got his own movie. Also it cracks me up he becomes Big Dodo. This movie is delightful. Part of 2020 Muppet May

  • Bad Education

    Bad Education

Bad Education- honestly this is one of the tightest well written scripts I've seen in a long time. All the acting is excellent both flashy performances like Jackman and smaller subtle ones like Geraldine Viswanathan as Rachel the high school journalist who takes him down. Great

  • The Willoughbys

    The Willoughbys

I loved the music but the humor was too negative and dark for my taste without the requisite whimsy I require for that type of film to work for me.
