Maborosi ★★★★

Have you ever been in love with someone and they choose a path which seems completely out of character? It comes crashing into your life with all it’s intentions leaving you helpless to do anything about it. You gave your heart to this person and perhaps you deserve understanding. But it’s not a place that you can find your way back to, even by some miracle. The earth has come apart and the divide much too great, leaving you stranded on the other side. Maborosi is that unknowing that lingers in your gut long afterwards. It’s that moving forward and finding peace in a place you never thought you’d be. And what you find is, that being able to understand life isn’t always as important as the willingness to try even when you don’t.
