Rob McCausland’s review published on Letterboxd:
Endgame is fantastic!
If you haven't seen it yet, do so! I won't give anything away here because I figure ever other reviewer has done that to death by now.
The Marvel formula still works well even after 10 years(DC take note). The last chapter in the Avenger's films is more story driven than any other film in the MCU. The action is there and done really well, but the story telling is on another level. Add into that some wonderful acting from the entire cast, but especially Paul Rudd(his emotion steals ever scene and drives the story home) and you've got a winner in my book. Endgame is the right place to leave this story and end almost a decade of Grand Slam hit movies. I'm happy they ended this thing at the high-water mark than continue on into obscurity.
My Letterboxd friend( Ryne Walley ) said it best:
"I laughed, I cried, and had one helluva great time."
