the barriers of love broken down. self-discovery, heartbreak, raw emotion. beauty, mystery, meaning. visions of yourself in these men, confusion, perfection. a cinematic tour de force, and one of the most moving closing shots of the century. you can tell i’m struggling to put this into words. simply astounding.
and i would say i love you, but saying it out loud is hard.
