Missing some of the snappiness and verve of the original, this feel a little sluggish by comparison. It's not particularly memorable, either -- I'd actually watched this once before but didn't realize it until about halfway through.
But it has its moments, and if you're going to coast on the charms of your actors, you could do a lot worse than Clooney and Co. I don't know if it's the sunny Euro locales, but it channels a very '60s caper comedy vibe and for what they're doing here that's not a bad thing.
