Resident Evil 2002
Very little to do with the RE games but it's a lot of fun and the soundtrack by Marilyn Manson rules (particularly the track 'Seizure Of Power').

There's definitely some cool moments, but there's also way too many that are over the top silly.

Loved the choice to pick up where the first movie left off and Brad Bird is still one of the best action directors going around.
Not as fresh or bold as the first, but it's a very solid sequel.
