Everything in this movie is 90% perfect, but always reaches an invisible ceiling that it won't go beyond. It feels like someone is keeping a foot on the breaks at all times and the whole ends up being less than the sum of its individual parts. I wouldn't mind a sequel though.
How do you follow up an acclaimed cult movie? Well, you don't. And thank god Boyle, Hodge and the gang all understood this.
