There are parts of the story that could be fleshed out better, much of it feels rushed. There are also some product placements that are as over-the-top as Vin Diesel handing a half drunk Corona to Paul Walker, but there's still a lot of fun in the film despite its shortcomings.

On the Makeup and special effects side, this movie has a lot of charm. Beyond that, however, you're looking at an ADHD ride of frantic nonsense.
