A great profile of one of the greatest American comics. Really enjoyable and a great reminder of Brooks’s body of work. I’m off to watch Lost in America & Broadcast News.

Stop Making Sense 1984
Saw this in 4K at the Sydney IMAX.
The picture and sound quality were mind-blowing. The sound mix was so incredible, it felt like I was in the audience. Seeing it on a screen that size felt like it was a first time watch. Seeing the nuances and little facial expressions between band members, who are at the peak of their powers here, was such a joy to see.
A truly outstanding concert movie which was taken to new heights by the format. I adored it.
