I worked a 12 hour night shoot and got off at 7am Friday morning. Slept until 11:45 then drove to the theater down the road to the first showtime of the day to see it. I was that excited to see US. It was completely worth it. This movie is just loads of fun. The performances were perfect, the comedy was well timed, and the horror was excellent. 

Jordan Peele is becoming one of those directors where his latest movie is almost an event. You don’t know what you’re getting yourself into but whatever it is will be a mind blowing experience from start to finish. I loved US and I can’t wait to see it again. Not going a perfect 5/5 because of the need to rewatch it, and I found the length to be a bit drawn out but that may have been because i was exhausted. Hence the rewatch that I’ll do this weekend.
