Spencer Kain’s review published on Letterboxd :
An absolute slog to get through. Muddled, confused and just plain ugly both in style and what little substance it has. It completely divulges from the main storyline for ana vital good portion of the movie for no real apparent reason except maybe to bore us even more. The first 5-10 minutes actually seems to indicate some promise but it quickly revolves into and incoherent mess very shortly after. John Goodman and Ashton Sanders are fine but even they can’t save this mess. I really expected more from the same director that gave us one of the better sci-fi films of recent time.
