Will’s review published on Letterboxd:
This has the most beautiful sets and costumes I’ve seen in a long time. I love how many themes are intertwined and how the camera work alternates between feeling like it’s stalking its subjects and the fast splicing that makes it feel like things being torn apart. I also really love how this film did Chloe Grace Moretz dirty. Guadanigno’s films, like Dakota Johnson’s acting, never feel like they have any soul though and I’m trying to figure out if that works in this instance.
