Nothing new or special in this one. Feels like it goes in circles with little to no pay off. It had a lot of potential, but ultimately let me down in its reveals.

I don’t think I’ve ever screamed at a movie screen so loudly. The set up was good, I was totally on board, but the CHOICES of these characters, my dudes. To a point where we can’t even root for them. Any of them. It just felt like lazy storytelling. Long live Michael, keep slashing these dweebs. They clearly deserve it.

The first one was better, since the characters seemed smarter in it. This one, it felt like some obviously illogical moves were made, when they’re supposed to be CHAMPIONS, COME ON. But overall a fun watch with some gnarly set pieces. Ending annoyed me, but what else is new.
