STEVEN’s review published on Letterboxd:
Haven't seen this in a while, and it still hits. Decided to revisit A Quiet Place before I check out the critically acclaimed sequel tonight, and it was just as stunning as it was way back in 2018. John Krasinski truly enhanced this vision, with an apocalyptic look at upstate New York that felt real. The monsters were reminiscent of those in Stranger Things, but still effectively scared me -- the cast was phenomenal as well. So many good sequences here that I hope can be expanded on in the follow-up.
