Tony Hawk as a pizza driver? Fantastic. Also the last 15 minutes or so are pure, unadulterated late-80's ridiculousness. Is it a good movie? Hell, no. But if you're ever looking for something to half-watch while you do other things, it's fine for what it is and there's some pretty rad skate moves.
