While certainly not my favourite film of all time, it is a film that I love in a way that I love no other. I can watch this at any time and love it just as much as I did the first time I watched it. Whenever I feel down and in need of a pick me up I put this on, and it never fails me. I might have have given it a 6, but I love it as if it is a 10.
I've been meaning to revisit the Friday the 13th films for a while now but I don't have time to watch all of them so I'll just be watching the ones I remember liking the most (3, 4 and 6 + Freddy vs. Jason).
Besides THAT dance-scene, Tom Savini's work and a few good shots, I can think of very little that was done better in this than in Part III. It was still a decently good time, just not *as* engaging for me, as Part III was.
