This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Take a shot every time they open or close the magic door to the basement "trap" to remind you how cool and smart that set piece is!

    2. The "long take" when Michael moves through the two neighboring houses killing at random

    3. After Allyson sees her friend dead and she runs through the empty neighborhood screaming for help

A cinematic tour de force. An impassioned, moving, heart-racing, heart-breaking film that reminded me how good it can feel to be alive. Watching this made me fall back in love with movies and with life.
