The rise and fall of Dirk Diggler and the porn film industry in the 70s and 80s.
An incredible cast plays so many different characters with mostly oke thing in common: the success won't last forever.

The opening scene of the film is a masterpiece, quite obviously a tribute to Goodfellas.

    One of Nolan's finest.
An epic journey through space and time (literally). Learning that the biggest force is love!
An incredible cast perfectly fits an incredibly scientific accurate science fiction film. The attention to details is astonishing, the cinematography is perfect for the setting.
What ana amazing experience after watching it for the first time 7 years ago in the Barbican in London.

One of my favourite movies pre-1970 (I know it's a big and useless category but it helps me, obviously related to my knowledge of old movies).
The drama, the lines.. everything is so modern. Camera work is amazing, acting as well.
It's definitely not as naive as many b/w movies sometimes appear to modern standards.

I really did not remember much approx 20 years after watching it for the first time.
It's a film about love. Love between a son and his (?) mother, a timeless love that nothing can stop.
Moving at times, it starts with a big moral question and ends like a fairytale. Haley Joel Osment is phenomenal, Jude Law is entertaining.
