    Paddington 2014

    ★★★★★ Rewatched by olivia 08 Aug 2022

Paddington 3 had better be 90 mins of that little cutie chilling and eating sandwiches because I cannot deal with people trying to take him out every 5 minutes, stressful af

The way watching this is both therapy and trauma at the same time

  • Thirteen Lives

    Thirteen Lives 2022

    ★★★★ Watched by olivia 05 Aug 2022

So intense, immersive and claustrophobic...I personally liked how it focused mainly on the physical and practical side of this event rather than the emotional, made for a much more engaging and gripping experience

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

I didn't think it was that original but The Grabber getting whooped at the end was pretty iconic tbf

Emma Roberts is the queen of playing that girl and Juliette Lewis is the queen of playing someone's concerned mom

I've officially watched all of Baz's movies 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Whilst yes this was literally 10 hours long I still quite liked it, Hugh looked hot tbh and Nicole Kidman is a queen she was fantastic as always

  • Where the Crawdads Sing

    Where the Crawdads Sing 2022

    ★★★½ Watched by olivia 30 Jul 2022

I went into this with an extremely negative mindset considering Delia Owens sketchy past (to put it lightly!!!) and I still think she's awful but being honest...I did quite enjoy this movie...it was quite a compelling and engaging story with some gorgeous production design (namely the house and her books) and Daisy Edgar-Jones is just the absolute best!! It's a very strong 3.5 rating for me but not a 4 because some of it was a bit chintzy and the ending wasn't particularly satisfying/well done

Zoey Deutch has been an icon to me since The Politician and she is an absolute star in this I would watch her in anything

Obsessed with the fact that 80s horror movies can very much double as comedies, I always end up laughing when I'm supposed to be scared 🤣
