"it can't rain all the time"

three hours barely felt like enough, i was drawn in from the beginning,. watching somebody desperately try to rescue the one they love, who simply is not destined for saviour, it is heartbreaking. i relate deeply to betty so this feels very personal to me. the sound is dreamy and the scenery is romantic and intriguing, the story filled with pain and so very delicate, many of the fights that broke out between betty and zorg felt incredibly close to…

this one is an absolute must watch in cinema and preferably on an imax screen, a mesmerising and monumental cinematic experience, with another outstanding composure done by my favourite hans zimmer. visually impressive and captivating, art in the form of film. denis seems to continue to provide justice to the book series which i am yet to read but have heard nothing but amazing reviews about. austin butler delivered as an interesting and spectacular villian, the vibrations and sounds felt throughout the theatre were out of this world, many scenes left me on the edge of my seat, and hungry for more, bring on part three!
