Making a judgment call to extend this from a previous Top 50 to a Top 100, for the fun of it. It's not like you can't compile a reasonably close list by just looking at my scores anyway, so why not. Also going to update it only twice a year, once at the beginning (~Jan) and once toward the middle (~July).
