Ted Mills’s review published on Letterboxd:
Doc on artists working and surviving in Kinshasa, Congo, where the west strip mines natural resources for electronics, then sends said electronics back after we’ve used them. Performance art in the middle of jostling crowds and traffic, sculpture made from junk, paintings made from smoke and fire. Humbling for the first world MFA student. OTOH also a sense of what all of us mad magician/artists feel the world over and why we create, common ground.
