There was a moment where I screamed "Is that Eric Andre?!" And it was.
That's why this is great.
Just as with Spider-Verse and Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs this one achieves a great balance between gorgeous animation, little details and a compelling story. The kind of movie that makes you appreciate more anything that wasn't made by the Disney template of animation, and the feels... Jesus, this was really emotional and not in a cheap way like with other animated movies.
My only problem is with the outdated memes and how Katie is like a "everything I think about is movies!" type of character that can be pretty annoying at times, but nothing that damages the movie as a whole, so yeah, this was pretty good.
Also, why did this movie had to hit so close home... Man...
