Thanlis’s review published on Letterboxd:
The impressive thing about the screenplay isn’t the sharp dialogue or the absorbing story, cause those aren’t there. It’s the way the thin storyline perfectly supports what feels like several dozen bone-crunching fight scenes. Nothing gratuitous, nothing forced.s That’s a real accomplishment.
And it’s Scott Adkins plus Jesse V. Johnson, who (I am learning) deserve their reputation as action movie artists. Eat your heart out, Guy Ritchie.
