    The Satanic Rites of Dracula

Before today I’d only ever seen this the once and wasn’t massively fussed. I’ve always loved the Gothic Hammers, but after giving this a second look it’s actually not bad.

Hammer tried to do something different with one of their most successful properties, people had grown tired of the repetitive Gothic films especially during the new age of horror films from America. So they had moved it to present day with Dracula AD 1972 and continued this new setting into…

    The Fastest Gun Alive

    One of my Grandad’s favourites.

I’m not massively into westerns, I like some and this was alright. Highlight for me was Eric’s awesome dancing. It was amazing.

    Will I buy it?
I probably wouldn’t have done, but I’ll keep hold of my Grandad’s.

This is probably the first Aardman film to leave me feeling a little disappointed. That said, it is good it’s just not as good as their other productions. I love Aardman, and have done since I was a kid. So who knows, perhaps my own anticipation was my downfall. In fairness though, if a film left me disappointed but I also still liked it that’s pretty good, right?

    Will I buy it?
Maybe. But I won’t be in a rush to do so.

Probably a day of release job in all fairness.

(What an absolutely mind bending and bonkersly fun ride from M(arvel) C Escher.

A problem I now have with the MCU is this; if Dr Strange becomes a member of the Avengers then how can they ever have a sizeable threat? Or any threat for that matter? He can turn back time and alter reality itself. He'll be like "Sit down lads, eat your shawarma. I got this.")
