In this movie I feel like Tarantino moved away from linear storytelling and closer to something more impressionistic. I enjoyed how the shots, the music and the caricature personalities in each scene all helped to build nostalgia for a certain time, a certain film, a certain feeling.

I think this is one of the standout Bond films because its structure is so different from most. An actual feeling of loss gives Dalton's Bond the drive to go all-out; he is compellingly angry and even a little bit unhinged from start to finish.
