Ben Scanga’s review published on Letterboxd:
FFJ is one of those movies that had so much potential but ended up being just fine. After the "oh haha, it's funny because she's a bad singer" bit gets repetitive, the movie loses all traces of comedy. Simon Helberg was so hard to judge in this movie, he was bad, then good, then bad, then good! That's kind of the movie as well. It's good when It focuses on Florence, but when it switches to Hugh Grant's incest filled story the movie kind of drops off. For now, go see Sausage Party. But if you're over 65 years old, you might like this one.
