First off, wow. And second off, wow. It's currently like 1am and I have to wake up at 6am for school so I'm going to keep this short (and spoiler-free) but this movie really took my breath away. I mean, I've been critical of the MCU for years, but I've always enjoyed at least a majority of their films, and this honestly might just be my favorite. It genuinely takes its time with character growth and letting emotional beats breathe, and I teared up on many occasions. Honestly, I thought that the most effective moments in this film were the quieter scenes, as awesome as the climax and many action scenes are. Seeing this in a theater of cheering, excited and invested fans is just unlike any other experience. The only thing holding me back from rating this higher is the second act, which needed some re-writes to be honest. Even though what happens is necessary to the story, it never really grabbed my attention like many other aspects of this film did and, in terms of pacing and tone, feels like it drags. Overall, great stuff though! And well worth the wait, that's for sure
