  The themes are highly challenging but the ending is pretty uplifting; the idea that people can eventually recover from trauma given time. The stop motion is gorgeous and ties it together. Better check out that guinea pig car anime sometime to get the less confrontational side of this guy’s work.

  Alternate title: Daft Punk's Last Roadtrip.

  8 minutes of the film were reframed for Daft Punk's breakup announcement. Therefore, I watched a low quality upload of it on youtube before putting on those last 8 minutes to send the duo off (I decided to mute the final scene in the movie to have "Touch" play over it).
