ATL Inspiration Marathon - Part 39
Wally Pfister was the very first cinematographer I knew by name, thanks to his amazing work in Nolan's films. Before I was cognizant of people like Roger Deakins, Larry Fong, David Tattersall, etc., Wally Pfister was the dude I actually got to know through his lovely camerawork.
It's too bad his directoral debut was for a movie THIS bad. Either something died in the editing room to turn this into a $100 million snooze-fest, or this huge A-list cast really read a script of this level of shittiness and legitimately thought it was a winner. I am really hoping for the former.
