Sean Gilman’s review published on Letterboxd :
Mostly just Only Angels Have Wings with all the boring plot stuff cut out of it.
Something something all the Europeans (and most Western European countries are represented) taking all the animals out of Africa something something the career woman being chased by her children, grown to elephantine proportions as they stalk and cling to her, through the streets until she gives up and agrees to settle down back in the home something something old, very old men and the young women who love them something something.
The animal capture scenes are incredible, great performances from the animals, gutsy from the cast and crew getting as close as they do. Makes Mogambo look really cheap in retrospect.
