    I enjoyed it. Tom Hardy was the best part; his reactions to the symbiote’s antics are great and funny at times. Everyone else is either fine (Michelle Williams), blah (Riz Ahmed), or completely miscast (Jenny Slate).

    The film definitely captured the dark spirit and humor of Venom better than any other cinematic attempt. And the touches of horror were used very effectively. But Spider-Man’s presence was sorely missed. Sony really needs to just admit defeat and let Marvel Studios run with Spider-Man and his ancillary characters, including Venom.

    This documentary really bothered me - both in style and subject matter.

    Between the mindless, faux existential, narcissistic ramblings of a present-day Jim Carrey, the audience is shown footage of Carrey making the cast and crew of Man on the Moon’s life a living hell for the sake of Carrey’s “art.” And it seems like the documentary actually celebrates this behavior as something to be revered - as if Carrey is some misunderstood genius instead of a egotistical actor working…

    Still one of the greatest films of all time. This movie is an excellent example of what quality screenwriting looks like. The set-ups come quick and numerous, and the payoffs are deeply satisfying. The effects still hold up, and the two main characters are a joy to watch.

    Another excellent Marvel film. Did it have the same dramatic weight and polish as The Winter Soldier? No...but it's still tremendously entertaining. The Russos have ratched up the action, and it's glorious. All the characters have their chance to shine, especially newcomers like Spider-Man and Black Panther.
