Hard to believe this was made in 1968. Some of it looks better than the stuff we get these days. If you are in the right mood for a slow burn epic sci fi then there is nothing better. Just watched the 4k uhd disc and it looks incredible. They’ve done a great job of the transfer and it sounds epic as well. Had it turned up loud and it was like watching it for the first again. There’s not many sci fis that come close to this. Interstellar is probably about as near as anyone has come to it I would say. Spectacular and hard to believe it is as old as it is.
