    Batman Returns

Continuing my Batman reviews, here we go with Batman Returns!

Let me just this out of the way. Danny Devito's gives one of the greatest villain performances I've ever seen! Michael Keaton is still amazingly badass as the bat! Michelle Pfieffer and Christopher Walken both give decent performances, but I have a few complaints with the characters that they play. I'll get into that a little later, though.

    The Empire Strikes Back

I previously complained that the film was bogged down by weak first and second acts, but a masterful third act. However, I recently saw The Force Awakens. In the second act, everyone reunites,…

Since I've finished up reviewing my favorite movie franchise, Star Wars, I've decided to go forward with my second favorite movie franchise, Batman.

To start off, I'll talk about the acting. We all know that Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson were perfect choices for the roles of Batman and Joker. Jack Nicholson basically is the Joker, for real. Michael Keaton has convinced me that he could portray any type of role. He can be hilarious, like in Beetlejuice. He can…
