Fred 🇵🇷’s review published on Letterboxd:
I laughed (a lot), I cry-laughed, I cheered. Franco is pure brilliance as Wiseau. The rest of this impressive round-up of actors turn in solid work.
I'm kind of speechless at how touching I found this film to be. I'm by no means a fan of The Room (I've tried to make it through the whole thing several times and have somehow yet to accomplish that feat) but I can appreciate its bizarre impact on cinema. That said, I have a newfound respect for it after seeing the story of how it came to be.
What could have been two hours of mockery is instead an ode to the idiosyncratic dreamer in all of us.
