Daniel Luck’s review published on Letterboxd:
𝐼𝑡: 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑇𝑤𝑜 is quite enjoyable but overall an extremely bland film. I'm not a huge fan of the first 𝐼𝑡, in fact, my opinion is essentially the same, yet 𝐼𝑡: 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑇𝑤𝑜 still feels a lot messier than its predecessor.
The acting is great all around except for Isaiah Mustafa; who wasn't given a great script to work with. The editing is terrible and every scene feels like it was shot by a teenager.
To mention some of the good; there is a lot more emotion compared to the first 𝐼𝑡. It's awesome to see the chemistry between each member of the Losers' Club and how each new actor/actress stays true to the characters in the first. The film also delivers a very good message by the end of it.
Support the film. If you're a fan of the first, chances are you'll enjoy this.
