Solid little thriller. Punctuated nicely with dated technical dialogue that is highly laughable in retrospect (much like Disclosure) "he hacked your internet address." Some goofy CGI.
It's no Silence of the Lambs or anything.
I'm not mad about the $20 I lost on this.
I ended up watching VHS rips of Corey Haim's fan club videos and learned about Japanese Funk.
Corey Feldman gets 1/2 star for having a shitty website. Corey Haim gets 5 stars for his dope musical stylings and Canadian hockey playing prowess.
One of the employees at Rising Spirit in this film has a little print on his desk of the Bad Boys II poster, which is all that really needs to be said about this film.
I've been a fan of Bloodshot (and Valiant comics in general) since he first appeared in the 90s. I always expected this to be a dumb action movie. Bloodshot SHOULD be a dumb action movie.
I didn't expect it to be quite this dumb.
