Wow, I really did not pay this film enough credit the last few times I've seen it. I've always found it stylistically impeccable, gorgeously shot and carried by some really interesting themes, but I've always taken issue with the plotline.

    Everybody Wants Some!!

    ★★★½

I feel like I enjoyed this a lot more the first time I watched it. Very entertaining, good unique characters and a likeable protagonist. But still, it's a damn fun ride.

Fascinating film. Joon-ho Bong is no doubt an immensely talented filmmaker, as 'Memories of Murder' is one of my all time favourite films. 'Parasite' shifts the focus to Korean class warfare, and as such a lot of it went over my head.

The basics of the rich vs the poor are communicated well and I had no issues there. But as the film went on, more and more of it was bizarre to me and I found it harder to…
