"Blueberries... I can taste blueberries. My mother used to grow them. Can you taste them?"
"Yeah. I can. And I can hear Frank on your old radio. The one you had on your workbenches by your tools... Come fly with me, let's fly, let's fly away
If you can use some exotic booze
There's a bar in far Bombay
Come fly with me, let's fly, let's fly away..."
A wonderful fantasy horror. Mike Flannagin just absolutely knocks it out of the park with this film. It's a magnificent vision he's created in this cosmic spectacle that just works in expanding the mythos and world of The Shining. It's also incredibly human - the journey this movie brings you through is wild and getting to know each of the characters is a massive treat. Can't wait to watch the director's cut.
