One of Tarantino's most laid back films is also a dirge for classic Hollywood as we know it. Movies like Kill Bill or Inglourious Basterds reveled in the past with aplomb. In Once Upon A Time in Hollywood every car ride, radio station, music cue, film set, and neon sign, is undercut with bittersweet nostalgia for the past not like any other Tarantino picture.
