The Irishman 2019
Not so sure about casting Anna Paquin as Peggy. Why does Hollywood refuse to hire mute actors to portray mute characters?

Harlot 1965
Mario Montez reclines on the couch, leaning gently on Carol Koshinskie. Mario gently extends her arm, embracing the cat. She nibbles on its ear, as the cat writhes in distress. Upon closer inspection, the cat has been a banana this entire time. A slight grin crosses Mario's face as she eats the banana, one bite after another. Empire 1965
I just finished through watching ("watching") all of Empire in one sitting. Selected notes:

The Nude Vampire 1970
A moody, atmospheric dream in which a young man tries to unravel the mysteries of a vampire woman, a secret society, and how Lemaître ended up in this movie.

My Brother's Shoes 2015

Short Fuse 1992
Show me some ACT UP footage set to anything off of Now That's What I Call Disco and I will start crying in the theatre, marvel at your immense artistic talent, and give your movie no fewer than three stars. I'm not proud of it, but I also wasn't expecting Warren Sonbert to be the one leveraging that.

Outer Space 1999
This is one of my favorites. I sure as hell wasn't expecting to finally see it on the big screen as a last-minute addition to an open screening, but I'll take it.
