Timcop’s review published on Letterboxd:
62nd birthday tribute to Madonna, star of this film, and her then boyfriend, some guy named Warren Beatty. One of those movies I rewatched endlessly as a kid, and have certain portions memorized, but was completely unaware this skated with a PG rating considering Madonna's sheer nightgown renders her basically nude. Very fun to notice all the people under the makeup that I'd missed before like Henry Silva, Catherine O'Hara, and Seymour Cassel. This was a banner period for Paul Sorvino too, who played gangsters in this, Goodfellas, and The Rocketeer all in the span of two years. Who could ask for anything More?
