This movie is allll over the place. There’s a lot of fun stuff here- a lot of the big action scenes are pretty good, and there are lots of silly twists on typical spy movie stuff. The direction is pretty stylish. Lots of weird stuff too, though- an ultra-lame drug trip scene, the fact that a lot of the plot is just a mish-mash of vague “middle eastern stuff,” half of the cast is in brownface. Peck is okay, feels…

Enjoyed this paranoid thriller! It’s not super action-packed, but does a good job of remaining relatively suspenseful throughout. Wish the bad guys were a little more distinct- I couldn’t really tell all of the vaguely sinister white guys apart, and there are definitely moments that kinda hinge on you recognizing specific guys. Pattinson’s Batman is great- he just feels heavy and dangerous,…

I don’t even know where to begin- this is maybe the most gloriously, breathtakingly, incompetently made movie I’ve ever seen. It is hubris and vanity on the level of The Room and Miami Connection. It’s a little bit of a slog to get through at times, in that bad-bad, not bad-good way, and is not quite as sheer fun as the two aforementioned classics, but good god does this movie provide so many incredible moments. The editing is complete jump-cut…
