Todd Russell’s review published on Letterboxd:
Just rewatched this movie about two incredibly dumb friends, Lloyd (Jim Carrey) and Harry (Jeff Daniels) saying and doing stupid, idiotic things. This isn't the type of movie you watch for plot, you watch for setups and sketches (although there is a plot). It's one of the funniest movies Carrey has starred in because of the almost non-stop idiocy.

What adds to the humor is this doesn't fit the normal conventions around buddy comedies where one plays the straight man and the other is funny. These guys are both wild and wacky, Recommended.
