Jennifer Garner does the pissed off mom version of Charles Bronson's Death Wish. I enjoyed Garner in the TV show Alias so she's familiar in action movies. I wish she'd do more action and less movies like 13 going on 30, but give it up to her for range. I saw this in the theater and enjoyed, it's a popcorn action flick, not particularly deep or creative, just raw revenge. Those looking for something deep and different should look elsewhere, if you want a hot action mom kicking butt, this is your fix. I own this one on VUDU, thanks to seeing several movies in the theater and getting it for free as part of the deal.
