Todd Russell’s review published on Letterboxd:
Took our grandchildren to this and, unlike Frozen II, it was hard for them to keep their attention. Maybe there a bit young for this.

We follow the adventures of super agent Lance Sterling as he works to clear his name by tracking down a man with a Terminator-like claw hand. Sterling drinks a special potion from a terminated scientist and is turned into a pigeon, so he's deep in disguise.
Animation is good, but story is paint by the numbers and predictable. The addition of turning the secret agent into a pigeon is cute and somewhat interesting, but it might have been more fun if his disguise was something else. Not good for younger kids (it's rated PG, too), but maybe older kids will enjoy a little more. For adults, not recommended.
