Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ★★★½

Shredder leads the treacherous Foot clan in New York, a bunch of teenage boys and girls stealing electronics and chilling in a pad filled with games, music and skateboarding. Meanwhile, reporter April O'Neil (Judith Hoag) follows the story and is rescued by turtles trained by a wise rat named Master Splinter. A friendly hockey mask wearing guy named Casey is April's love interest and ally of the turtles.

I fondly watched the animated comic series of those four martial arts trained turtles that love one of the greatest food creations ever, pizza. Our grandchildren are huge ninja turtle fans. Created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, the live action movie features the last made costumes by legendary Muppets creator Jim Henson.

The first live action film is worth watching. Recommended
