The second film in the trilogy goes meta by focusing on Martin, an overweight asthmatic mute man that obsesses over the first movie. Between fantasizing over creating his own human centipede, he kills people with a tire iron.

The film is in black and white, although a color version does exist. This doesn't have an entertaining storyline like the first and seems to be more about bullying and sensationalizing violence. It has many more sexual overtones than the first one, as well. The whole meta thing didn't work for me as an interesting sequel. Not recommended.
